The breakfast was good and the room was cleaned on time. The location was perfect for my plans and it was easy to find a parking spot around the hotel.

The staff was not friendly and their help was useless. I had to fix a problem on my own after asking for assistance multiple times.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was perfect, clean, and had a pleasant smell from the good perfume used. The bathroom was also impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities were impressive and exceeded our expectations. Cristiano, in particular, provided exceptional service, giving us special attention and making us feel at home.

The gym facilities could use some improvement.
