We had a warm welcome from the host who showed us around and answered all our questions. The farm had so many great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and football courts, and a playground for kids. Our room was spacious and the veranda was lovely. The rural location was perfect for a relaxing retreat. We also enjoyed a delicious four-course dinner at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic, unforgettable stay at a rural oasis of calm and relaxation. the property, Monte Das Faias Cork Farm, provided a perfect vacation spot for us. the spacious and clean apartments, refreshing outdoor pool, and the peacefulness of the surrounding nature created the ideal setting for a relaxing week. the friendly and helpful owner, David, and his staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the property also offered activities for the kids, such as a play area and bird watching, while we indulged in delicious food and wine under the cork tree. Highly recommended for those seeking a recharging break in rural Alentejo.

Had an alright time in this hotel during Christmas season. Good food at the restaurant and rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Had access to a nice pool. Location was just a short drive away from a shopping plaza and gas station.

The heaters in the rooms were not properly working so it was quite cold while staying at the hotel. It was also hard to find the hotel because of the lack of clear signage, we got lost multiple times.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this place. The atmosphere was so tranquil and peaceful, and the whole experience was just what I needed to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly welcoming and informative, especially David who provided valuable insights into the cork growing process happening here. The meals in their restaurant were simply amazing, offering high-quality dishes at very reasonable prices. The house itself was incredibly comfy with its air conditioning and spacious rooms. I loved lounging by the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, and the warm water made for a delightful swim. the attention to detail and the level of comfort provided at this hotel were truly exceptional.
