I recently stayed at Mundial in Lisbon for a week-long trip. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness measures were impressive. I loved the rooftop bar with its breathtaking views and enjoyed a relaxing drink there at the end of the day. The hotel's buffet breakfast was well-organized and offered a variety of options. The double room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, they surprised us with chocolates and champagne for my wife's birthday. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic time at a hotel in a great location next to the tram station. Tram 28 was a must-try for me, and I avoided long lines by renting a Tuc-Tuc for a charming tour of Lisbon. The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were excellent with everything I needed. Despite the busy breakfast restaurant, the food choices were adequate. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Lisbon.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of hot and cold options. Additionally, the hotel had fast wifi and convenient underground parking.

It was all superb.

This place is in the centre of town with so many attractions within walking distance. The service is exceptional, with 24-hour room service and helpful bell staff and housekeeping. The amenities in the room are top-notch with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The restaurant areas are also great with a complimentary breakfast and special diet menus available. The staff are very hospitable and professional.

The staff who I interacted with could not speak any English at all but this venue's younger staff members were more helpful. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place to family and friends who want to stay in the heart of the city with great service.

We stayed 3 nights and it has been a very pleasant experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Veranda restaurant offered delicious food and the staff were nice and helpful. Perfectly located in the center with access to everything. The rooftop bar provides a beautiful view of the castle, even though it was only open for a few hours due to renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at Mundial. The rooftop bar had breathtaking views of the city and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff was attentive and the location was perfect for exploring. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that taxis were easily accessible in the early morning despite being advised otherwise by a staff member in a previous review. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a great location.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city. We were able to easily access all the key attractions and transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of pastries and fruit.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the rooms were very old and had a strong smell of mold.
