We booked into this hotel because it was close to my business venue. The room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Although located outside of town, it is a short walk to a metro station which allows easy travel to places of attraction. There is also a big supermarket for food opposite the metro station. We enjoyed our stay there.

The breakfast options were good with plenty to eat. The pancakes were delicious and they always made sure there was enough food. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and were quick to fix any issues. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was only a short walk from the metro station.

The rooms and hallways were in need of renovations. I had to change rooms three times due to various issues such as broken furniture and windows that wouldn't shut.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had great wifi. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing and the coffee was not very good. the TV channels had some interference and the location was not the best, with limited nearby shops and train stations.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable bathroom. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, and the breakfast was extremely well-organized. The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, being close to tour buses, the zoo, and the metro. It catered to families with an indoor playroom, kiddie and regular-sized pools, and an outdoor slide/play area. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family of four. We make it a point to stay here every year when we visit Portugal.

Despite being near the airport, the hotel had double glazed windows, so the noise of the airplanes was not a problem.
