the online check-in process was quick and clearly explained. the staff was responsive and answered all of our questions. the suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine with capsules, as well as water, juice, and muffins waiting for us. the door system was easy to use, eliminating the need for keys. the air conditioning was a welcome amenity. We also appreciated the provided water and cake. we had a great experience at Olala Lisbon Oriente Suites.
