The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, satisfying different dietary needs.

One minor downside is the lack of free bottled water in the rooms, which would have been a nice addition.

The value for money at Ozadi was excellent, with spacious and updated rooms. The hotel staff were warm and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The location was convenient with a free shuttle service to town, and the grounds were lovely, especially the pool area.

The morning meal could be improved by offering an English menu for non-Portuguese speakers.

The location of the hotel is great, with lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Tavira itself is a charming town with a beautiful town center. the hotel offers a nice view from the third-floor terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a comprehensive selection of continental and cooked food. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the beds are super comfy. The swimming pool is great and the staff goes above and beyond with their complimentary tray of delicatessen and sangria.

The hotel could improve on their towel exchange policy, as they only provide one towel exchange at the end of the day.

The location is perfect, situated at a road junction just off the busy national road. It was so convenient to reach by car, and there was ample parking available. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and even bicycle hire for those who want to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the availability of towels for beach and pool use. the room itself was impressive, with unique unfinished flooring that added a cool vibe. the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was a perfect spot for enjoying coffee. the front desk staff were very friendly, and the pool was clean and surrounded by comfortable chairs. the breakfast was enjoyable, except for the orange juice, which tasted a bit off. the outside area of the breakfast room offered a nice view to start the day. having a Nespresso machine in the room with welcome capsules was a nice touch.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location, although a bit far from the center, was great for us as parents with small children. The staff was more caring and super friendly. They even catered for my wife's gluten allergy, providing us with gluten-free bread and cereal. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as an in-room safe and air conditioning.

Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to their limited English skills. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this venue.
