We had a great time at Monte Real! The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast crew was friendly and we loved the refreshing lemonade at the reception. The hotel's central position made it perfect for us to take a walk around town. Plus, the area was lively with other bars and cafes nearby, which was great as friends who enjoy going out at nights.

Spent my last Christmas at a hotel with beautifully restored buildings, cozy atmosphere, and great access to outdoor activities. the hotel offered great food, and the facilities and gardens were well-maintained and pleasant. the staff at the SPA were accommodating and thoughtful.

The hotel was understaffed, and the service suffered due to an overwhelming workload. the wait time for food and drinks was long, and many guests were unhappy with the quality of the food served at the hotel restaurant.
