I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel located right next to the beach. the pool was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. the highlight was the warm and welcoming welcome we received from the blonde lady, possibly named Milenha. She efficiently provided us with all the necessary information and even treated us to welcome drinks. the hotel facilities were amazing, including an indoor pool with a steam room and sauna, a well-equipped gym, and cabanas on the path to the beach. Our garden-facing room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. the breakfast each morning was delicious, with freshly made omelettes and a good selection of bread, cereal, pastries, and fresh fruit. the ambiance was enhanced by the beautiful piano music played during breakfast.

The location was excellent with easy access to a stunning beach. The Spa offered excellent treatments, including a top quality serenity massage. The breakfast service was very good and the pianist added to the ambiance.

I did notice that some areas of the beach were dangerous, so it's important to be cautious when exploring.

The complimentary Christmas dinner and drinks were a nice touch. the hotel's location near the beach and a local town made it easy to explore the area. the indoor pool was a good alternative to the cold outdoor one.

The room was not up to the standards of a five-star hotel. the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was grubby, and amenities were lacking.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive and top-notch amenities. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available at all hours. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout, with a wide range of massages, sauna, and Turkish bath options available. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning beachfront location. the restaurant served a delicious Continental breakfast with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the beach access - the beach umbrellas were limited, which made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax. this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.
