The facilities were great, offering a variety of pools including a kids area. the food and drink selection was also very good, with plenty of options for everyone. the location was perfect, offering easy access to the nearby beach.

The cleanliness was a bit of an issue, with public restrooms left dirty for long periods of time. the entertainment team could be quite noisy and disruptive, making it difficult to relax, especially if you have a young child.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a spa centre, swimming pool, and beautiful sun terrace. the staff was exceptionally attentive and provided great service, while the restaurant and bar offered delicious options alongside specialty diets menu.

Despite the excellent service, we experienced a minor issue with the housekeeping service leaving our door open all day.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Algarve. the space and distribution of the accommodation were excellent, and the rooms were spacious and modern. I especially loved the swimming pools, which were divided into sections for adults and kids, allowing guests to choose their preferred area. Access to the beach was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, with plenty of shade along the way. I also appreciated the convenient system for accessing rooms and the beach, as there were no cards to worry about losing. the restaurant offered a great buffet with delicious food and drinks, including options for those with allergies. the receptionists were kind and provided quick support when we needed assistance. Everywhere was clean and well-maintained. it was a wonderful experience.

There were a few instances where staff members lacked proper training, leading to some misunderstandings and uncomfortable situations.

During my stay at Tivoli, I was impressed by the excellent service provided. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities were also finished to a high standard, with everything being very clean. Additionally, the premium drinks package was well worth it, offering a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the well-cooked eggs at breakfast. The gardens at the hotel were also beautifully maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

Although my stay at Tivoli was mostly wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms didn't cover the whole window, allowing too much light to enter the room.
