The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the beachfront with stunning views of the coastline. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to the town, where you can find several beach restaurants and cafes. The modern new rooms are well-equipped and some offer great views. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, spa, and games room, provide plenty of entertainment options. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the hotel is a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right by the boardwalk which allows you to enjoy long walks along the beautiful beach. The hotel is also conveniently located near the local "Old harbour" area, making it easy to explore the Alvor area. the hotel is well-maintained with friendly staff, providing a pleasant experience.

Some other hotels in the area have corrupted curtaining that is stuck in a "it's broken" position, which can be a bit unappealing.

The beachfront location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. We loved being able to walk just a few steps from our room and onto the beautiful sandy beach. The view of the sea was breathtaking and made our romantic escape even more special. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable bedrooms were a delight to relax in after a day of exploring.

The staff seemed disinterested and didn't provide the level of attentiveness we expected. On top of that, the food quality was subpar.

I recently stayed at Pestana in Alvor for my partner's birthday week. The staff were amazing, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location right next to the beach was perfect. We requested a room change due to noisy neighbors, and the staff quickly upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager, Pedro, checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We were impressed by the genuine care shown by the hotel staff and will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk of Alvor. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of seating areas amongst the trees. The staff here were fantastic, always happy to help and quick to respond to any requests we had. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the old town and the wooden-walks along the seaside. The proximity to Praia de la Rocha and walks above the cliffs is a plus. The hotel also offers inexpensive taxies and has a restaurant on the way. The fried on charcoal local white fish is delicious. The sunbathing by the pool is a great way to relax, and the view from the balcony is excellent. The midday drink at the seaside cafe Alvor Yacht Club is highly recommended. The never-ending beach is perfect for barefoot walks, and the wooden walks of the peninsula offer a great photo safari. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh fruits.
