Poor service, overcrowded dining areas, and uncomfortable beds. The hotel lacked basic amenities and the staff was not attentive to our needs.

Luxury amenities and exceptional service make this hotel a perfect destination. The Spa centre, outdoor pool, and beachfront location are just some of the exclusive features. The massages and Turkish bath were a must, and the garden area was perfect to relax in. Entertainment and leisure rooms add to the luxurious feeling.

Although overall a fantastic experience, I had a minor issue with sun loungers at the pool, where they are not enforcing their “no-reservation” policy. I see this as an insignificant flaw, as everything else in the hotel was perfect.
