I had an amazing time staying here. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens that added to the luxurious feel of the hotel. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the reception to the helpful room service. I was also impressed by the wide range of amenities available, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a jacuzzi. The rooms were well-appointed, with features like a balcony, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi, creating a comfortable and convenient stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to several great restaurants and with easy access to public transportation. the pool area is lovely, surrounded by trees and flowers, and perfect for relaxing on warm days. the daily housekeeping service was excellent, making sure that the room was spotless every day. the room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed.

There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room, which meant having to stay in the lobby area to work. Finally, the pool was colder than expected, and there was no heating system installed.

We had a great time at this hotel. The grounds were beautifully maintained and had lovely gardens and pools. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even had a pleasant surprise of traditional Madeiran bagpipes music playing from a neighboring room. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel was well placed for using local transport.

I had a fabulous stay at a centrally located hotel in Funchal. The hotel room was clean and the food was fantastic, with a great variety for even the pickiest eaters. Low-rise buildings with colorful exteriors and beautiful gardens. Suite upgrade was a nice touch. Tranquil atmosphere and convenient location. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent housekeeping and varied breakfast buffet. Lovely pool area. Delicious dinners. Onsite parking available. Amazingly large bed. Helpful staff offering assistance and arranging late check-out.
