The hotel had a great vintage style with comfortable and cosy rooms. The location was perfect, surrounded by the best restaurants and live music. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at this centrally located property for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even offering us a glass of port upon arrival. The room had a charming old world feel and the mini bar was fully complimentary, a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the cafe area and a short walk to the Douro river. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spacious room provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

It was also situated on a busy central pedestrianized street, with excellent restaurants just outside. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was superb and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located close to transportation options and had parking available.
