I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at check-in, especially Joao and Carlos, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were excellent, and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and gym. The breakfast was delicious and offered great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close enough to walk to the city center without the crowded noise, and it also had on-site parking available.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, and the staff was professional and attentive. The Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation with a variety of treatments available. We especially enjoyed the Indoor swimming pool and the Sauna, which were impeccable. The massage service was exceptional, and the Spa lounge was a lovely added touch. The Sun terrace was spacious and offered incredible views of the beautiful city.

The hotel is located in the business district, a bit far from the tourist attractions but with easy access to public transportation. In terms of the room, it was clean, had comfortable beds, and well-functioning air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a complimentary welcome aperitif. The rooftop bar was fabulous, offering reasonably priced drinks and nice snacks. It's worth mentioning the two pools at the spa, along with the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room facilities.

I loved the swimming pool and how easy it was to access, just taking the elevator down in my robe. The breakfast had everything I wanted, and I appreciated the helpful staff who even printed out bus times and tickets for a trip.
