The hotel had a comfortable room with all the necessary amenities and a great bathroom. The junior suite was spacious and had ample storage space, a kitchenette, and two TVs. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations and arranging a fixed rate transfer to the airport. The location was perfect, away from the busy city center but still conveniently accessible. There was also a lovely rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a plunge pool.

The only minor issue was the occasional noise from the neighboring room, but when we complained, the noise quickly stopped. the staff made us feel welcomed and were always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel's location was perfect for a family break, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and the coast. It was also conveniently close to Ave Liberdade and the Marques de Pombal metro station. The breakfast was lovely and there were plenty of options to choose from. We had a great time on our city trip! the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, and even provided us with a map and answered all our questions with a smile. They also offered coffee and tea in the rooms and provided slippers and gowns which was a great touch. the hotel was in a great location, near to public transportation and with a beautiful rooftop pool to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

We did find that there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe for our clothes, we only had four hangers which was a bit inconvenient. the hotel was a bit far from the city center which meant it was a little bit of a walk to get to some of the main attractions.

The value for money at Portobay was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room, and the location was convenient for exploring the city by foot. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist.

We stayed for one night on the last leg of a trip. The room was wonderful with good air con. Housekeeping was great and the rooftop area was lovely. Staff were very accommodating. Good location next to metro link and park. Rooftop area is great & pool is perfect temperature. Great to be able to get drinks on roof too to enjoy by the pool. Room was nice with very large bed & bathroom.

The room itself was well equipped and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which was a great place to relax.
