The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The 19th century manse that the hotel is located in gave it a charming and unique feel. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being conveniently close to public transportation and within walking distance of the city center. We also appreciated the comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, complete with television and wifi.

While the hotel had a lot going for it, we did notice that the structure could use some renovation. the lack of an elevator and the steep stairs may be a challenge for those with physical impairments.

The male receptionist at Pouso Dos Anjos was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and my mom during our stay. When we mentioned my mom's physical limitations, he kindly offered to help us bring our luggage to a more accessible room. We really appreciated his understanding and support. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive and I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and nearby eateries. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during the stay.
