We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a neighboring 4-star hotel, Principe Avila. Our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Although there were no tea/coffee making facilities, we could request a kettle or coffee machine from reception. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. it was a lovely hotel and we would definitely return if we visit Lisbon again. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is spot on, with the São Sebastião metro station just across the street and in a quieter area of the city. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, including a nice balcony. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the continental buffet breakfast with plentiful fresh fruit and real orange juice is a real treat.

Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the 4-star Principe Avila next door.
