The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and had a good selection of English-speaking TV channels. The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly, which was a definite plus.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area, close to the renowned House of Music and within walking distance to the riverside. It is also convenient to get to the city center with a €4 Uber ride. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing all necessary amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and provides valuable advice on what to see in the area. Breakfast offers a tasty selection of hot and cold meals, satisfying different preferences.

The hotel charged for the use of Wi-Fi in the lobby, which is not common practice in most hotels nowadays.

During my recent trip to Porto, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel situated on Avenida da Boavista. The Portus Cale Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.

The bathroom was also spacious and included a bathtub, although the counter space was a bit tight for two people. However, as I was traveling alone, this wasn't a problem for me.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking option was available and I found it extremely useful, especially considering the difficulty of driving in this city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful in providing recommendations and advice.

The hotel is located on a busy road with plenty of nearby restaurants. the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was satisfactory with both hot and cold options.

The elevators were quite small, only fitting two people with luggage at a time, which could be an issue during busy periods. the hotel bar was closed due to renovations, but there was a coffee shop next door which was a good alternative.
