The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The friendly staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, featuring homemade olive oil and jams. guests have access to a refreshing swimming pool and can request picnic hampers for outdoor excursions.

The beds in the upstairs rooms may be a bit small for taller individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming bed and breakfast in the countryside. The location was perfect, nestled among the vineyards near the Duoro river. The old-fashioned house had a personal feel with wooden floors and rustic furniture. The shared bathroom was always clean and the hostess was incredibly hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and homemade jams. The view from the pool was breathtaking, surrounded by the beautiful countryside.

The lack of complimentary wine tasting, as we had hoped to try their wines before purchasing.

Our stay at Quinta Do Fojo Bed & Breakfast was amazing from start to finish. We felt so welcome and the hospitality was exceptional. We enjoyed the wine made from their own grapes and Elisabeth even made reservations for us at an incredible local restaurant. We were able to extend our stay and relax by the beautiful swimming pool. We cannot thank the hosts enough for everything they did to make our experience unforgettable.

our stay at quinta do fojo b&b completely surpassed our expectations. elisabete and her family made us feel like part of their own, providing useful travel tips, inviting us to a local celebration, and even doing our laundry. the property and views were stunning; it truly felt like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pool area offered stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of fresh and regional products. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the hills of the Douro Valley and close to the Duoro river.
