The location of this guesthouse was great, as it was near a metro station and in a quiet area. It was conveniently located right off the Marques do Pombal metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. the guesthouse was situated near a big avenue, allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. Despite some negative reviews about the rooms and bathrooms, we found them to be clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay.

One downside to our experience was the lack of elevator for two days, which made it difficult to carry our suitcases to our room.

The location is very convenient, being very close to the metro station and bus stops. It's easy to travel around the city from here and the airport is easily accessible by metro. The hotel is located near the main square, which is a good starting point for exploring the city.

Some guests have complained about the noise from other hotel patrons and street noise starting early in the morning. However, this might not be an issue for everyone, as it depends on the location of the room.

I recently stayed at Vila Nova Guesthouse for 5 nights on a leisure trip. The location was superb, near a major plaza and metro stop. The remodeled facility had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, ample windows for great airflow, and a view of the road. The large bathroom had a bidet and a shower with massage jets. The daily maid service was friendly and efficient. Although there was no breakfast available, the privately-owned corner pastry shop next door offered world-class pasteis de nata.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Noisy in the morning.

We loved the comfortable, beautifully furnished rooms with their cozy beds and spacious bathrooms. The room service was efficient and the hotel had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a sofa. The location was perfect, with the metro and bus stations just a minute's walk away, as well as a supermarket nearby. Tania, the staff member, made our stay even more memorable with her lovely smile and thoughtful souvenirs when we checked out.

Nothing to fault.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the metro station and within walking distance of many attractions. I also appreciated the fact that the room had a water boiler, which made it easy for me to enjoy a cup of tea in the evening.

It was difficult to move around and there was very limited space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was so tiny that my husband and I had trouble using the toilet without knocking into everything.
