Mind-blowing restoration, romantic style intact, super elevator, simple yet well-equipped rooms, jaw-dropping bed and pillows, EXCELLENT shower with good water pressure, polite and helpful staff, definitely coming back and recommending!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to stay in a superior room with our dog. They treated our dog like family and even let us bring him to breakfast. The on-site parking was convenient, allowing us to leave our car after check-out. The heating system was amazing, the bathroom was new and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with free pasteis de nata. They also stored our luggage when we arrived early. The hotel had a cozy and modern design, with a lovely vibe. I had a great stay and will definitely return in the future. The hotel was also pet-friendly and even had a basement room for pets. There was a beautiful park just in front of the hotel. The room was much larger than expected and had a stunning Victorian plasterwork ceiling. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. The easy access to the freeway and the on-site parking were a major plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and accommodated any requests we had. They even provided us with an umbrella during the rainy weather. The hotel facilities were excellent, including free parking and a delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, as it was a 5-minute walk from the metro and buses were conveniently located right outside the door. It was close to the center of Porto, allowing us easy access to all the tourist attractions. it was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel's architecture was stunning, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner on the terrace. a delightful stay.
