The hotel had a beautiful garden with a small pool and sunbeds, which was a great place to relax after a long day of work. The breakfast served in the garden was a nice touch and had a good variety of options, including fresh juices and fruit salad. The location was also convenient, as it was easy to reach nearby places like Lagos by car.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, with a sponge base on top of an old spring mattress. The pillows were also terrible, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It is situated in Ferraguda itself, a picturesque suburb, and is also near some of the nicest beaches along the coast. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom facilities are clean. The service provided by the owner, Carlos, is exceptional and he goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a nice variety of fresh fruits and there are lovely garden terraces and a pool area to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rio Arade! The charming old hotel feel gave it a unique character that we adored. The managers, John and Susanna, were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The central courtyard with the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location was also convenient, just a short drive away from Portimao. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway in the Algarve!

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by Assunta, the receptionist, was exceptional. She was kind, welcoming, and provided us with all the necessary information. The hotel also had a small swimming pool for relaxation.
