Great location, just 5 minutes from the Metro. Easy access to downtown and old city with a nearby bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy. The breakfast was plentiful, although the coffee could be better. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area of the city, right near a metro train station which takes you right into the CBD in about 15 minutes. There was no shuttle service provided by the hotel, which was a huge inconvenience. As a business traveler, it was frustrating to have to carry my luggage on public transportation for a long time.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma for three nights. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a great air conditioning system. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Roma Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, and mini sausages in addition to the usual options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
