The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the reception with a beard. The hotel was located in a beautiful residential area with stunning houses. The little park opposite was peaceful and tranquil, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was nice and fresh, with plenty of options to choose from.

The rooms were a bit small but adequate. The pool area wasn't cleaned once during our week-long stay.

What a wonderful hotel! Traveling overnight from the US, catching a bus to the train, we were tired. Once we arrived at Saboia, the staff was superb. The young man at the desk helped us store our bags. We wandered Cascais before returning to a clean room with a wonderful view. The stay was quiet, cozy, with a very nice breakfast.
