safestay was amazing! the perfect location, great terrace and hangout room. the staff went above and beyond to help us, even dealing with noisy guests. so much better than fancy hotels!

strange smell

This hostel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean, with daily room service even in the dorms. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the common areas were big and open. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home and part of the hostel family. The location was superb, being very near to the center and right by the metro. Plus, the free breakfast and the option to rent bikes added extra convenience and enjoyment to my stay.

I had a great time staying at this hostel in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it really convenient to explore all the attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the simple breakfast provided was a nice bonus. Plus, the view from the window was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bustling city below.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in the heart of the city. The location was perfect - just a short walk from Rossio Square. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area. The cleanliness of the building was impressive, with someone always cleaning. We loved the atmosphere and the opportunity to meet new people. it was a great deal for the price we paid.

The showers could have been better, as there were only two working ones on our floor.

Additionally, the location was perfect as it was near the metro station and so close to the city center. I recently stayed at Safestay Bairro Alto for a few days during my trip to Lisbon. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lockable drawers under the bunk beds for extra security. I appreciated the convenience of the outlet extensions and individual luminaries at each bed. The bathrooms and showers were well-maintained, and I liked the fact that there was a spacious kitchen and living room for guests to use. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions in the city. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The bed was clean and came with a towel, which was a nice touch. the hostel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The dorm rooms were quite cramped and lacked privacy, with the beds placed too close together. the lack of enough toilet and shower facilities was inconvenient, especially during peak times.

I recently stayed at Safestay Lisbon Bairro Alto for a week while exploring the city. The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped with modern machines. The location couldn't be better, and the hostel had a vibrant atmosphere in the living room. Great value for money!

Had an awesome time during my Xmas stay! the hostel's central location was a huge advantage, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the festive atmosphere. the staff was super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the common areas were a great place to chill and meet other travelers. Loved the fact that the room I stayed in was spacious and didn't feel crowded.

The shared toilet in my room was a bit on the small side, causing some inconvenience with a lot of people using it. the noise from the street outside could be a bit bothersome.
