We recently stayed at a hotel in Faro for a festival and decided to move to Hotel Santa Catarina for a quieter atmosphere. The location was perfect, away from the night life and crowds. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well-appointed with piping hot water. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day. We also enjoyed the beach view from our balcony, a great bonus. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The TV in our room did not have the HDMI input unlocked, which made it impossible for us to watch our downloaded shows.

The location was perfect, close to everything and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach in Praia da Rocha. The hotel was situated right on the ocean, offering beautiful views. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely en-suite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was a bonus.

Limited parking options, ended up having to pay extra for a secure parking lot.

I had an excellent experience at a 3-star hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was done every day. The front desk staff, especially Andrea, was incredibly helpful and even arranged a late check-out for us at no extra cost. The hotel also had a free car park, which was a bonus. The breakfast offered a good selection of continental options. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value it offers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right on the strip and just across from the beach. It was in a very good area and near to the main beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a small balcony and a double bed. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the bar fridge in the room. And lastly, the breakfast included in the price was a great bonus, offering a good selection at reasonable prices.

Everything was just perfect, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Catarina Algarve. the staff was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the sea from our room. the location was perfect, right in front of Rocha beach and close to a big shopping street. We also enjoyed the peaceful and well-organised breakfast every morning. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Santa Catarina Algarve.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and with plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of pastries and hot drinks to choose from.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable and kept disconnecting.

Beautiful view, excellent location

During our stay at Hotel Santa Catarina Algarve, we were delighted by the breathtaking view of Praia da Rocha from our room. The hotel's location was truly unbeatable, just steps away from the beach. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The reception team was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to assist us with parking our car. While the breakfast was satisfactory, we wished for a bit more diversity and quality. Additionally, the wireless internet in the rooms was non-existent, which was a small inconvenience. However, overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, right across the road from the beach, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the beautiful sandy shores. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, providing guests with a variety of options for entertainment and dining. Guests can also enjoy fabulous views from the nearby fort and marina. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to start the day off right.

The beds in the hotel are reported to be quite hard, which may not be comfortable for some guests.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the main street of Praia da Rocha. It's just a stone's throw from the beach and our sea view room had a lovely view from the balcony. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always available at the front desk and spoke excellent English. The basic amenities provided at this hotel were great. The rooms were spacious and had disabled facilities if required. The towels and toiletries were replaced daily, and the bedroom itself was more than big enough.

All was fantastic, couldn't ask for more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was spacious, with two connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was perfect for my family, and the sliding doors between the rooms gave us extra privacy. The second bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I also loved the balcony with an outside drying rack, so convenient! The breakfast selection was impressive, with options like pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The hotel had ample free parking, which was a relief. The large and well-maintained pool was a great way to relax, especially since it wasn't overcrowded. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price for both lunch and dinner. Lastly, the location was great, close to a big mall where we could shop without worrying about the summer heat.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the stunning sea views from the room balcony. The staff were friendly and the attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of Rocha beach and close to a bustling shopping street.
