The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to both the lively strip and the picturesque old town. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a rock-hard mattress, leading to a poor night's sleep.

We stayed at Apartamentos Sereia Da Oura for 25 nights during winter and it was the best accommodation we had in Portugal. The apartments were well-insulated and the AC kept us warm. The pool was clean with plenty of space and chairs, and the daily apartment cleaning and fresh towels were much appreciated. The staff, especially Marta and Billy, were extremely helpful and kind. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to beaches and attractions. We will definitely stay here again next year.
