The top floor room had amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and a 7th-century Moorish castle. The location was convenient, being close to the railway station and a short walk to the historic center. The breakfast was outstanding, with individually presented dishes. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I would have liked a little more assistance from the staff when it comes to catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there seemed knowledgeable and polite, but perhaps a dedicated concierge or specific amenities aimed at seniors would have made the vacation even better.
