There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is a true hidden gem! The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the prime location just a couple of minutes away from the main square. Despite being so close to everything, it still manages to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the option to park nearby, outside of the old town, is a great convenience. The attention to detail in the basic amenities is impressive, with spacious rooms equipped with comfortable beds, towels, and more. The Annex, located just 30m down the road, provides a cozy shared lounge and honesty bar, adding an extra touch of comfort to the experience.

All was more than okay, with a couple of minor areas for improvement.

The location of this guesthouse is fantastic. It is right in the center of town, close to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. It made it very convenient to explore Sintra.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the room I stayed in was quite small and lacked storage space.

The location of this hotel is incredible, right in the heart of the old town center. It's just a 1-minute walk to the tourism center and bus stop, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel is not too far from the train station and excellently located near the Quinta da Regaleira.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location in the center of old Sintra was perfect for exploring. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Claudia and Karen, made our stay memorable. The attention to detail in terms of food and cleanliness was impeccable. Plus, the mosquito nets on the windows were a great touch. We would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Sintra, especially those travelling by car.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the bathroom had a slight odor due to the old pipes and air pressure.

Stayed at Sintra1012 in the terrace suite, a perfect base to explore. Owners treated us like family, offering excellent restaurant suggestions. Private and quaint terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Beautifully restored historic building, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and well-thought-out storage. Karen and Goncalo were wonderful hosts, making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had a great time. Helpful guidebook in multiple languages. a beautiful place to come home to.

I recently stayed at a wonderful guesthouse in the historical center of Sintra. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Tourist Centre and within walking distance of the train station. Karen, the owner, was amazing and very knowledgeable. The rooms were amazing, beautiful, and family-friendly. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The guesthouse also had a great location for dining and public transportation, and they even helped us secure transport to and from Lisbon. a great experience!
