I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the center of the beautiful, quiet, small, friendly town. It was a great base for exploring the area and there was even a bus stop nearby for easy transportation along the northern coast. Secondly, the service from the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had traditional furniture, adding a charming touch to the stay.

All in all, everything was just perfect.

While everything was great during my stay, there was a minor issue with the wifi not working properly in the room. However, this was easily resolved by using the wifi in the lobby or the terrace, while enjoying a refreshing drink.

I was greeted with a warm welcome by a delightful woman named Catia. She was incredibly helpful, always polite, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and blissfully quiet, making it the perfect peaceful getaway. The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and there was plenty of storage space. The breakfast was plentiful, and even though there weren't vegetarian options on the menu, Catia was more than willing to accommodate my dietary needs. The hotel grounds were beautifully kept, and the location was perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Guests can also enjoy the game area with pool and chess tables, as well as mini golf in the garden.

The restaurant food could be improved to provide a more satisfying dining experience.

The quality-price ratio is excellent, especially considering the limited dining options in the area. The location is perfect for exploring Madeira's nature, and the staff is kind and accommodating. The swimming pool and sauna provide a relaxing escape, and the breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. a cozy and charming hotel that I highly recommend.
