The location of Solmar Alojamentos was fantastic, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and neat, providing a beautiful view of the marina. I appreciated the convenience of having grocery shops and other amenities nearby. Carlos and Beatrix from the staff were friendly and made me feel at home during my stay. Plus, I got a special birthday gift! I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were some minor drawbacks, such as the noise level during the day due to the nearby bars and restaurants. Additionally, the thin doors made it difficult to differentiate between sounds from neighboring apartments.

Great central location with a supermarket close by. the apartment had a nice view over the harbor, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed.

The area was quite busy and noisy due to the bars located downstairs. there was some noise during weekends and the sound of planes could be heard.

We had a beautiful and magical experience staying at a fully furnished apartment at Solmar Alojamentos. The location was perfect, with a panoramic view of the marina and city. The apartment tower/retail complex had everything we needed, including street level cafes and a complete grocery store. The staff, especially Beatriz, were incredibly kind and helpful. The genuine friendliness of everyone we encountered in Sao Miguel impressed us, along with the clean beauty of the city and the affordable prices. The property itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had a washing machine that was a bonus, especially for families with children.

Amazing views of the marina and city from our apartment on the 18th floor. the location was perfect, with street level cafes and a grocery store within the complex. It was also within walking distance to many sights in the city. the genuine friendliness of the staff and the locals was impressive.

The beds were not very comfortable, and a small investment in better mattresses and pillows would greatly improve the sleeping experience. There was also some noise outside, especially on weekends, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

the Manager was very attentive and welcoming, even staying late to greet us due to our delayed flight. Despite experiencing an accident on our first day and spraining my ankle, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the apartment itself was well-furnished and maintained, with a beautiful view of the Marina from the balcony. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity, making it convenient for exploring the area. the bathrooms and showers were of high quality, and the linens and towels were top-notch. I highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to all the shops and right in the heart of town. It was great to be able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. The hotel also had a nice breakfast buffet and some great facilities, like a gym and a swimming pool.

The parking situation at the hotel was a bit of a hassle, as there were limited spaces available and it was quite expensive to park.

It would have been helpful if clearer instructions were provided for key collection upon arrival, as it caused some uncertainty.
