I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel for a few days and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel is practically brand new and everything is clean, sleek, and modern. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toiletries provided. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to the city center and connected to a major metro station. Highly recommended!

I had a really good experience staying at Stay Hotel Porto Centro Trindade. The location was very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city on foot. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and I appreciated the big wardrobe that provided plenty of space for my clothes and suitcase. The hotel was also located close to the light rail station, which was convenient for airport transfers.

My recent stay at Stay Hotel Porto Centro Trindade was fantastic! The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a good size. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the river and close to the Trindade Metro. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they quickly resolved any issues that arose. The hotel had games available downstairs, which was a great bonus for families with small kids. The breakfast was delicious and available until noon, perfect for a relaxed start to the day. I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the Trindade metro station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. It is also within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The staff is helpful and accommodating, even allowing guests to store their luggage before their stay. Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, although some guests may not have had the chance to try it.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is that the rooms can be on the smaller side compared to what is shown in the photos. Additionally, there was an issue with a broken shower fixing that required guests to hold it while showering.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the central location. It is situated just behind the Trindade metro station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail such as sealed box bed sheets. Additionally, the hotel provides a computer for guest use and includes a complimentary breakfast.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. the staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. I really appreciated the complimentary water and kettle in the room, as well as the spacious and clean environment. the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items to choose from, and it was served until a late hour which was fantastic.

The lighting in the room was not bright enough for my liking, as it only had two lamps by the bed and one small lamp over the table. the lighting in the bathroom was also dim and not ideal for women who apply makeup or do their hair regularly.

Great value for money, clean rooms and friendly staff. the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the proximity to the airport was a major plus, allowing for a quick and hassle-free commute. the 24/7 reception was extremely helpful, especially when I arrived late at night. the staff members were fluent in English and provided excellent service.

One major downside of my stay was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Despite being advertised as having noise isolation, I could still hear cars passing by and it made it difficult to sleep.
