This hotel is super close to everything in the city centre, with the Santa Justa Elevator right on its doorstep. The staff are really nice and the rooms are clean and modern with nice big showers and some even have a balcony. Plus, the continental breakfast is great!

Despite a few hiccups, I had an enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Plus, they offered two complementary drinks during my stay that added a nice touch. the location was also a big highlight. It was close to everything I wanted to see and do. the view from my room was another bonus.

The walls in the hotel were paper-thin. I could hear every sound from the hallway and the neighbors.
