We loved the spacious apartments and excellent facilities at this place. The swimming pool with slides and arcade were a hit, and the on-site restaurants offered a great dining experience. The proximity to the beach, just a 10-minute walk away, was a major plus. The hotel also provided access to everything it had for a daily fee, which included food. As older people, we appreciated the comfort and convenience offered by this hotel.

The hotel facilities were great, including a fabulous large pool and a separate shallow children's pool. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a tram/train available for transportation. The breakfast buffet at the nearby hotel was excellent, with a great selection of food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Although the hotel experience was overall enjoyable, there was one negative aspect that stood out. In the main bathroom, a strange cleaning spray had been used that gave off a horrible stink for hours.

my recent stay at porches exceeded expectations! ukino terrace was in a prime location, close to beaches, restaurants, and amenities. the pool area was well maintained and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. highly recommended for families or self-catering.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room perfectly met our needs and we would definitely stay here again for another short trip. The location was great - just a short Uber ride away from everything, with a lovely beach right next to the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and friendly, offering us a free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.
