I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, as I was close to everything I wanted to visit in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a rooftop terrace providing a stunning view of the Castle. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and had convenient hours.

My stay at The Art Inn was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Despite arriving early, they stored my luggage and had it brought up to my room by the time I returned. They even accommodated my friend's dietary needs by providing gluten-free products. To top it off, they surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gift during our stay. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the Elevador de Santa Justa and Rossio metro station. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Each room is unique, and I had the pleasure of staying in a room that used to be the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a safe and coffee/tea facilities. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Although the stairs were a bit steep, the staff was kind enough to assist with our luggage.
