During my recent business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and attention to detail at the hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and even provided me with complementary chocolates and biscuits in my room. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to train and bus links. To top it off, the luxurious linens and towels provided in the room were of exceptional quality.

Although my stay was brief, there were no negative aspects that I experienced. However, I cannot comment on any potential shortcomings of the hotel's amenities or services as my trip was focused on business and I did not make use of any of these facilities.

We had an unforgettable vacation at the Editory Riverside Santa Apolonia. The management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room had all the amenities we needed, including comfortable beds and a well-stocked minibar. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious, with made-to-order Eggs Benedict being a highlight. We were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel manager, who even arranged a special dinner for us. The location, right above the train station and metro, was incredibly convenient for continuing our trip outside of Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and excellent facilities.

The room was a bit small, and the transparent doors in the bathroom may not provide enough privacy for some guests.

The design and colors of the hotel were elegant and pleasing to the eye. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a restful sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, right above a train and metro station, with a bus stop conveniently located outside. This made it easy to explore various attractions in this city, either by public transport or on foot.
