this valentine's day we stayed at a beautiful hotel in lisbon and it exceeded our expectations. autograph collection truly impressed us with their unique decor, friendly staff, and delicious food. it was the perfect romantic getaway.

Breakfast options were limited.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic center, close to all the main shops and attractions. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, with blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast is of high quality, with delicious freshly made dishes prepared right before your eyes. The staff is exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The bar was closed for a private function one evening, limiting guests' access to its vibrant atmosphere.

I had an incredible stay at The Ivens Autograph Collection. The hotel's attention to detail and exquisite design truly stood out. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service from the receptionists was beyond expectations, making us feel truly welcomed. Even though there were a few minor teething problems with the breakfast service, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The bathroom was impressive, especially the amazing shower. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant F&B scene nearby. With its beauty, elegance, and timeless ambiance, The Ivens Autograph Collection is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay.

This hotel is a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the staff is attentive, helpful, and made me feel special. the decor is unique, and the attention to detail was impressive. the room had exclusive amenities, and the private facilities were top-notch.

The only minor issue I experienced was the noise from outside during the night due to people talking and the garbage truck. It didn't significantly impact the luxury experience.

The hotel had a great professional staff and amazing decor filled with attention to detail. the location was a plus as it was in the heart of the city and close to everything. the restaurant had great food and drinks, especially the Negroni.

The air conditioning in our room was a little stuffy and warm, and we didn't have time to address it before our trip ended. the bar restaurant staff was a bit rude and pushy at times, even when the place was empty.

We had an exceptional experience at this beautifully designed hotel. the staff at Autograph Collection were truly outstanding, providing top-notch customer service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city but tucked away from the main road, ensuring a quieter atmosphere. Our room was impressively well-equipped and we were treated to daily delights like chocolate truffles. the hotel also provided great recommendations for things to do and explore, and even managed to secure a reservation for us at an exclusive restaurant. It was truly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.
