We recently stayed at the charming Lift Boutique Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location in the heart of central Lisbon was perfect for exploring the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff, especially Larisa and Rahema, who treated us like family. The breakfast menu was fantastic and the kitchen team was incredibly helpful and kind. The cozy and cute design in the room created a lovely atmosphere. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay in this boutique hotel! the complementary breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the free guided city walking tour. the location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room.

There was a strange smell in our room that was hard to ignore. the air conditioning was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many squares and landmarks a short walk away. Exploring the city is easy with public transportation nearby. Rooms are spacious and chic with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast spread is amazing, offering a variety of choices.

The Wi-Fi can be a bit unreliable at times, with some disconnections.

We stayed for a weekend break and were greeted by a very professional and friendly staff. We were upgraded to one of the new apartments with stunning views of the cathedral. The apartment had a large lounge area with a fully fitted kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with french doors to the balcony. The bathroom had a lovely rainforest shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff were lovely and always happy to help. The breakfast had lots of choices and the pastries were different each morning. A definite 10/10 experience.
