I recently stayed at The Passenger Hostel for a few nights while traveling through Portugal. The location is fantastic, right next to Sao Bento station, making it convenient for late arrivals. The shower rooms were spotless and had hot water, which was a pleasant surprise. The common kitchen was well-equipped and the staff were incredibly friendly and fluent in English. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle service. a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful common areas and the convenient 24/7 reception. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the tourist spots. Plus, the fact that it was inside the most beautiful train station we had ever seen added to its uniqueness. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Conveniently located in a train station, with helpful staff and easy access to beaches. Clean and cozy beds, well-maintained facilities, and a charming 3rd floor. Good breakfast and walking distance to attractions.

This hostel offers beautiful facilities with high ceilings and views of departing trains. The common areas are comfortable and well-decorated. It is the cleanest hostel I've been to. The staff makes amazing cocktails at a low price.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

As foreign tourists, we loved the unique and historic building, the amazing chilling area, and the well-maintained rooms. The big lockers with bracelet-key access and the friendly staff made us feel secure and at home. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions on foot.

We felt right at home and had nothing to complain about.

Passenger is perfectly situated, with everything within walking distance. the dorm rooms are better than in the pictures, and the small fans in the bunks are a nice touch. We slept with ours on, which helped filter noise. the communal areas are beautiful, especially the bathrooms, which are spectacular for a hostel. Housecleaning does a great job. Breakfast is simple but good, with bread, yogurt, cereals, and juice. Staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming. We'd recommend Passenger hands down.

Wow, what a value for money! The room at this hostel was clean and comfortable, with ample storage space. The hostel is located in the very Center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the iconic landmarks and attractions. Plus, it is surrounded by good bars & restaurants, allowing us to experience the local cuisine. Another highlight is that the hostel is situated in the beautiful old train station, adding an extra touch of charm to our stay. The individual lockers with assigned keys provided a sense of security, while the curtains on the beds allowed for some privacy.

The only minor downside was the limited time for showers, where you had to constantly press the button for more water.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to the train station. You can easily explore the city on foot from here. The Sao Bento train station, which is just a stone's throw away, is incredibly beautiful and adds a unique charm to your stay. The hostel staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and vintage decor that creates a cozy atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the shared areas are always clean and tidy.

The triple beds in the dorms can be a bit problematic, especially if you get the top bunk.
