My stay at This Is Lisbon Hostel was absolutely superb. The location was great, and the hostel itself had a stylish and attractive design. I particularly loved the lovely terrace, which offered a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and the fellow travelers were friendly and engaging. I also had some wonderful conversations with both the staff and other guests. I had a fantastic experience at This Is Lisbon Hostel.

There were a few slight drawbacks to my stay. there was a bit of hill walking involved to reach the hostel, which may be a challenge for some guests.

Amazing view and location in a historic neighborhood, close to tourist attractions and metro. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms with lockers under the beds and a kitchen to use. Loved the terrace for relaxing and enjoying breakfast with a view.

The nearby public elevator stops early, so be prepared for a steep walk uphill with luggage. The cobbled streets can be tough on luggage wheels.

The best thing about this place was the welcoming staff who really made an effort to make us feel at home. We had a great stay in a cozy family room all to ourselves. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, with its amazing view and calm atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy each other's company. The location was also great, situated in a charming area close to the castle. Plus, being within walking distance to the main attractions made exploring the city so convenient.

That it could get a little chilly at night since the heating was turned off around midnight. However, this didn't bother us too much and we still had a comfortable stay overall.

A highlight is the open terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Guests can enjoy free coffee and meet fellow travelers while soaking in the atmosphere.

The walk to the main plaza can be a bit long and uphill.

It felt like living in an apartment rather than a hostel. the atmosphere was spectacular and I felt safe and welcome throughout my stay. the hostel was also very clean, the bathrooms and rooms were spotless. I also appreciated the good breakfast and the option to rent a towel. I would definitely choose this hostel again on my next trip to Lisbon.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the hotel and the city to us. The best part was the large terrace with a fantastic view. We enjoyed having meals and drinks while admiring the spectacular view of the city center. The atmosphere was also spectacular, making us feel at home. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, including all the shared areas, such as the bathroom. The location was perfect, as it was in the Old Town and within walking distance of the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread they provided was great, offering a variety of options for all dietary needs.

The outstanding staff at the hostel organized free walking tours, trips to Sintra and Caparica Beach, and even offered Portuguese homemade dinners, brunches, and lessons. During my stay, I had the pleasure of joining a Portuguese lesson where I felt like I was decoding a secret language. The teacher, with her passion and patience, made learning a new language as delightful as enjoying a freshly baked Pastel de Nata at the nearby bakery. It was an experience I won't forget.

While the kitchen was a bit tight, it still worked well for cooking. we found the price to be reasonable and the facilities clean. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The rooftop terrace at This Is Lisbon Hostel is simply stunning. I felt like I was on top of the world, overlooking the beautiful cityscape below. The view was beyond my expectations. The vibe of the hostel was also perfect - not too loud or crazy, but still a great opportunity to meet new people. I loved the social but calm atmosphere. Breakfast was available for an affordable price and was quite satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The availability of sanitary products in the women's bathroom was a thoughtful touch.

While the beds at the hostel were comfortable, they did squeak a bit more than I expected. I would recommend bringing earplugs for a peaceful night's sleep.
