Everything is what i need and want.

The value for money was excellent, with a lovely double room upgrade and private bathroom. The location by the river was perfect, with great views and minimal street noise. The staff, especially Hugo, were attentive and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety.

The building itself was amazing, with a great historical ambiance and beautiful decor. Incredible location with restaurants, shops, and transport options nearby. Spacious and comfortable rooms with great views over the river. Convenient access to scooters for easy traveling around. Friendly and helpful staff, with reception open until midnight.

I recently stayed at Varandas De Lisboa for a short weekend getaway. The location was perfect with restaurants right on the doorstep and easy walking distance to main tourist attractions. The building itself was impressive, with rooms that felt like a castle. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I also appreciated the early check-in option. I would happily return to Varandas De Lisboa.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. the location was perfect, close to the Metro station and within walking distance of shops and cafes. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the spacious apartment offered more than enough room for our group of three.

Although the overall experience was good, there were a few drawbacks. the lack of windows in the room was unexpected and made it difficult to wake up with natural lighting.

The building is lovely, rooms and bathrooms extremely clean. Hugo, the host, is kind and helpful. Super central location, just steps away from popular attractions.

The host, Gina, was truly exceptional, providing us with fantastic recommendations for local cuisine and places to visit. She even arranged for a storage area to keep our bags after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without the burden of our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

stayed in lisbon before, but varandas de lisboa impressed me. great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms. enjoyed the view and the shutters that blocked out the light. nearby brunch cafe and pastelaria santo antonio were delightful. highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
