We arrived before 3pm and our room wasn't ready, but the receptionist allowed us to leave our cases and go to the beach. However, they forgot to mention that we needed a key for the security gate to the beach. Despite this oversight, the beach itself was amazing and the pool area was very pretty. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and our room was to a very high standard. The breakfast was also pretty good. The hotel itself is gorgeous and we had a beautiful and magical experience attending a family wedding there. The food served at the wedding was of amazing quality. The customer service team, specifically Susanna, Beatricz, Monica, and Joao, were excellent and made us feel well taken care of.

The staff were very helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The hotel had spacious rooms with incredible showers, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the swimming pool area was top-notch, offering a great place to relax and unwind.

There were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. the food in the restaurants was not up to par, especially the buffet restaurant.

My recent stay at Vidamar Resort in Albufeira was fantastic. The staff at reception and in the dining room were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and cozy. I especially loved the separate toilet/bidet and the walk-in rain shower. The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient boardwalks that lead directly to the beautiful beach. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food, including an omelet/egg/crepe station. The coffee was excellent, and the exterior restaurant area provided a quieter atmosphere. The swimming pool area was large and relaxing. a top-quality experience with plenty of amenities and a stunning beach nearby.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The pools were clean and refreshing, and the food had such a variety. We loved the spacious rooms with their comfortable beds and beautiful views of the surroundings. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and the beach.

Although there were many positives during our trip, there were a few downsides. The sauna required an additional fee, and the cost of refilling a bottle of water in the room was quite high.

Absolutely nothing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely resort in the Algarve region. The location was perfect, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning beach, which had direct private access from the hotel. The kids club also organized various events, providing great entertainment for families with children. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The resort also had excellent facilities, including a large swimming pool and a gym.

The service at the resort left much to be desired.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. I found it disappointing that the lounges on the beach required payment, as this took away from the overall enjoyment of the beach experience.

The hotel provides luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. We enjoyed using the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The beauty treatments, massages, and body wraps were exceptional, with the treatment room having a nice atmosphere. Furthermore, the entertainment, live music, and beach access were excellent. We especially loved the poolside snack bar, restaurant, and bar/lounge area, where we had some delicious meals during our stay.

We noticed that some of the staff were not very professional and seemed to lack proper training. They also had some minor issues with check-ins and room allocation.

The warm kids pool is fantastic, the rooms are modern, and there has been an increase in quality over the last three years. The food is great, and the Koi Restaurante and Sabor a Mar restaurant are both very good. The hotel staff is extremely polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious, and the part sea-water pool and children's heated pools are brilliant. The hotel is also conveniently located near Zoomarine, a must-see attraction in the area. The beach is stunning, and there are various events held by the kids club for entertainment.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the range of facilities and activities offered at the resort. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided a great place to relax after a long day of work. The outdoor pools, cocktail bar, and chill-out pool created a perfect atmosphere for unwinding and enjoying the warm weather. The friendly staff, including Oxana from the reception, were extremely helpful and attentive to detail. the value proposition of the hotel was excellent and we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
