The guest house is very clean and cosy. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped. The breakfast provided is excellent, with a variety of options including cereal, fruit juice, toast, croissants. The location is very quiet, one kilometer away from the town, and there are supermarkets nearby. The owners are friendly and helpful. it offers great value for the price.

I recently stayed at Vila Formosa in Monte Gordo for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet rural setting, away from the tourist hub, which made for a peaceful stay. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even set up a lovely table for us on the terrace when we asked to borrow tableware for our supper. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, was absolutely scrumptious. it was a very cozy and clean guesthouse, run by friendly owners, and I had a pleasant stay.
