The hotel had spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including freshly cooked omelettes, which I enjoyed. the location was conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

There were some disappointments during my stay. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, with evidence of previous guests' hair and dry shampoo on the sink countertop.

Great cityscape view from the room on the 15th floor. Lovely staff and a wonderful Pizza/Pasta restaurant. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Parking in the hotel garage and mini bar included. Clean room with a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, and modern bathrooms. Lovely pool and spa on the top floor. Very good value for the price. Easy access to metro, train stations, and town center. Excellent staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable atmosphere of Vila Gale. The staff were excellent and made the check-in process very easy. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was also impressive. Although the hotel is not centrally located, it was surprising how quickly I could walk into the city center. Additionally, there is a metro station nearby for easy transportation. I had a wonderful stay at Vila Gale and would highly recommend it.

The view from the spa on the 19th floor is beautiful, both during the day and at night.

vila gale surpassed my expectations during this weekend trip to porto. the location was ideal, the staff were lovely, and the pizza/pasta restaurant was wonderful with exemplary service. the cityscape view from our room on the 15th floor was stunning.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Its location in an area with derelict shopping arcade is perfect - right near a metro station on the airport line and pretty close to the city centre. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe. The dining experience was fantastic with options for special diets, room service, and a bar/lounge area. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, as well as the Wi-Fi throughout the venue.

Recommend this hotel to all travelers, no complaints here! Service could have been slightly quicker, but overall we had an amazing time.

The breakfast spread was amazing and filling, with complimentary glasses of wine making it exceptional. The hotel gym, although not massive, had everything I needed to get a solid workout in. The location was perfect for exploring and venturing out to local attractions. All in all, a great experience.

The rooms felt a bit dusty and worn out, though they were cleaned daily. It was sometimes hard to get staff who were organized and efficient.
