noisy surroundings

The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade, making it easy to take leisurely walks along the coast. Guests can relax on sun loungers in the beautiful gardens, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The bus stop is just around the corner, allowing for easy access to cheap buses and exploring the area.

Some guests complained about the noise from surrounding areas, which could disrupt a peaceful stay.

The hotel is located on the western outskirts of a beautiful city, just a 30-minute walk away or a ten-minute bus ride from a bus stop. It's a great value for money, with basic amenities and rooms that are kept mostly to their traditional style with crisp fresh linen. The staff are attentive and the service is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including hot dishes and cold treats, with homebaked traditional Madeiran cakes to sample.

the small hotel had a lovely breakfast and a charming jacuzzi in the indoor pool. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, quickly moving us to a double bed room when we requested it. the hotel's location was also great, with a fantastic restaurant nearby. the highlight for me was the beautiful villa surrounded by lush gardens filled with green and colorful flowers. the breakfast atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the homemade cakes were a delightful treat. it was a gem of a place and I would definitely return.
