I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in a very quiet area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, being very close to the train station made it convenient for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the receptionists, were extremely friendly and helpful! They were very approachable and did their best to help with any issues we had. The hotel was modern, clean, well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating. The room size was fine and it seemed like the interior was relatively new. The size of the bathroom and shower were great, and the water pressure was perfect. The hotel had 24-hour reception, which meant we didn't have to worry about arrival times and checking-in. The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and within walking distance of the city center. There were also several public transportation options nearby. The breakfast offered was wonderful and the rooms were very clean.

Had an amazing experience celebrating the new year at this hotel. the staff was super friendly, and the room was immaculately clean and cozy. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee and loved the fact that the hotel was located near bus stops, giving us easy access to different parts of the city. Another plus point was the incredible view from our room, which made our stay even more memorable.

The room was a bit small for the three of us and there wasn't enough space to open our bags properly.

Exceptional staff, great vegetarian breakfast options. Bidet and toiletries provided. Water refill at reception. Convenient base for sightseeing.

zurin charm exceeded my expectations, surpassing my previous stay in lisbon. the staff was exceptional, the rooms small but comfy and clean, and the location convenient with good public transport options.

During my recent stay at Zurin Charm, I was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It exceeded all of my expectations. The modern decor and spacious bathroom added to the overall experience. The hotel's location, although not in the center, was still convenient as it was close to nice neighborhoods, parks, and restaurants. It was just a short walk or a 4 euro Uber ride to the center, making it a better option than many 4-star hotels in the heart of the city. The friendly staff were always helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Zurin Charm to all travelers seeking the best value for their money in Lisbon.

Although there were minor drawbacks to my stay, such as a slightly narrow balcony with a nice view and the occasional noise from airplanes due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The breakfast selection could have been more varied and had a more local flavor, and the soundproofing of the windows could have been better.
