The property has beautiful artwork and traditional wood and tile details. The bed and bedding in the quiet rooms are superior. You can also enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop hot tub.

This hotel is super close to everything that Old San Juan has to offer. You can easily walk to many exciting spots in the city and the cruise terminal is just a short distance away. The rooms with a view on the old city and balcony are perfect for a romantic vacation. The complimentary breakfast is also amazing and personalized to your preferences, just like the reviews said!

No negative comments to share, everything was just fine.

We had an amazing time at 352 Guest House! Freddie and his family were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location was perfect, placing us in the heart of Old San Juan and close to all the attractions. We especially loved the rooftop hot tub, which was a fantastic bonus to our stay. the attention to detail in the beautiful building and the warm welcome we received made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

I was greeted warmly by the hotel owner who provided top-notch service. The room was beautifully renovated with high ceilings and flawlessly clean beds. I enjoyed delicious food at the on-site restaurant and relaxed in the incredible jacuzzi. I highly recommend this charming and pleasant boutique hotel.

Excellent continental breakfast with eggs and cachapa. Staff provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay, welcoming us heartily and treating us like family. The rooftop hot tub and renovated rooms with high ceilings were gorgeous. The attached restaurant served delicious house-made Tres-Leches cake and wings. Perfect location for a romantic vacation in the old city.

The complementary breakfast and beach towels were the best! the location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the attractions nearby. the rooftop view was breathtaking, and being able to relax in the Jacuzzi was a treat to start the new year.

The room size was tiny. There was barely any space to walk around, and the small closet was stuffed with linens.
