We had a great stay at the cozy Rincon Boricua Apartments. the host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. the bedroom was comfortable, and we were able to work from the kitchen table. Everything was clean, and the AC and fan were perfect for keeping us cool. the downtown area was within walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring. a charming property on top of a store/restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at these apartments. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was exceptional. Our room, though a bit outdated, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, with beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing spots nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of the key and code provided in a lockbox by the front door.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get enough of the amazing flavors and tasty dishes. The apartment, although a bit outdated, had a comfortable bed and was kept clean. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant area with lots of things to do nearby. The location was key, with plenty of attractions within walking distance and a grocery store conveniently close by.

The wifi was very weak and unreliable, making it mostly unusable. This was quite frustrating as we rely on internet access for various needs.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional downstairs restaurant/bar, with delicious food that truly elevated our experience. Additionally, the affordable price, comfortable main room, and well-functioning AC and TV made our stay even more enjoyable. They even provided complimentary soap and fresh towels.

We had a great stay at a clean and basic apartment near the beach. We loved the huge and comfy room, complete with hot water for a shower. the balcony was stunning at night, and the staff were adorable and friendly. Their mojitos at the restaurant were the best we had in PR. the location was perfect, not too busy but close enough to everything. Plus, there was plenty of free parking and a grocery store within walking distance. Boricua Apartments truly exceeded our expectations.

Great location, with amazing access to beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing. The longer-term stay property is perfect, with a charming balcony overlooking a car wash. The main room is super comfortable, with excellent AC and a jaw-dropping TV. Free soap and clean towels are provided, and there's plenty of parking available. The shower has hot water, and the kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and utensils you need. Plus, there's free wi-fi in rooms and a fantastic bar/lounge area, as well as an on-site restaurant. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
