Excellent service recovery

I had a minor issue during my stay, but the way it was handled by the staff at Hilton was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and addressed my concerns promptly. The level of professionalism and genuine care they showed was truly commendable. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service recovery.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in San Juan for a few nights with my son, and the experience was outstanding. The staff, particularly David Zapata, Albert Ramos, and Jose the bartender, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like old friends. The hotel's location provided a beautiful ocean view, and the bed was super comfy. It was also a great location within walking distance to Old San Juan and an easy commute to Condado. The concierge service was highly helpful for arranging our excursions.

I had a fantastic time at the Hilton in San Juan. The pool was beautiful and warm, perfect for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to keep the hotel clean and were always friendly and helpful. The live music at night was a great touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near a food court with good restaurant options within walking distance. The helpful staff provided recommendations on things to do in the surrounding neighborhoods. Rooms were spacious and offered outstanding views of the beautiful beach. The hotel also has a great pool and snorkeling facilities.

The lobby bar and some parts of the room were a bit dated.

I love this place! The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right next to a little beach, on a deck above the ocean. Staying here puts you in the perfect position to enjoy the tourist area. I also found their service to be beyond excellent, with staff who were friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The amenities were of high-quality and there were plenty of options to choose from like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, housekeeping, laundry and more. Additionally, the leisure spa & wellness centre is a must-visit, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, beach access, live entertainment.

I had the best birthday trip at this hotel! The service provided by Efrain at the hotel bar was exceptional. He made sure we had a great time, remembered the little details, and even recommended great spots for us to visit during our stay. William at the pool and beach area also went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. The bonding time with my mom and the warm care from the hotel staff made it one of the best trips I've been on.

My pre-cruise stay at Caribe Hilton was amazing. The room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I loved exploring the beautiful gardens and sitting by the pond. The hotel even provided valuable information about insect bites. The location was delightful, and I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view was outstanding, and we loved the private beach. The grounds were well-maintained and provided a sense of security. The location was great, not near a busy street or highway, and there were plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as the pool, jacuzzi. The staff, especially Alejandra and Sonia at the activity desk, were always smiling and helpful. The hotel also had a coffee shop on the beach, which was a nice touch. it was a peaceful and fun week for us.

This hotel is situated in an incredible location, with stunning views of the ocean from the tower. Rooms come with lovely balconies that look out over a beautiful small beach deck. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and amenities such as a refrigerator in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of delicious options.

The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning our room every day. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to both the airport and the historic area of the city. Another advantage was the complimentary water provided throughout our stay.

Several things in our room were in disrepair or broken, such as the drawers, chair, clock, and refrigerator shelving. Additionally, we booked a suite with a kitchen facility but were disappointed to find that there were no dishes, utensils, or garbage can.
