Wonderful hospitality, even during Hurricane Maria. The staff took care of all the guests and provided breakfast every day. The hotel's construction and hurricane-proof windows made us feel safe. Guests united and helped each other during the crisis. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Coral Princess. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the Condado area. The staff treated us wonderfully, making us feel right at home.

The hotel was not located near the good restaurants and attractions in the area, which was a downside for us as we wanted to explore the local dining scene. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find out that the rooftop deck with a hot tub was only open from 9 to 7, limiting our access to it.

The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach. Clean and tidy room with a minibar/fridge. Great pool and multiple outside patios. Wonderful staff.

Conveniently located and easy to reach from the airport. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The outdoor areas are pleasantly green and have some nice nooks to relax in. The rooftop terrace and top floor with pool table, balcony, and kitchen are enjoyable spots. Basic breakfast, but featuring peanut butter and jelly, which should appeal to some.

It was conveniently located near beautiful Condado beach and within walking distance of several delicious restaurants. Such a great experience! the staff were all really friendly and helpful. the hotel was really nice with lots of cute seating areas and the beds were so comfortable! Plus, they offered complementary treats and drinks. the location couldn't be better, just a few minutes' walk to the beach and tons of amazing restaurants nearby.

To the hotel, some of the furniture was a bit run down and some of the bathroom fixtures were in need of repair. But overall, it didn't detract too much from our lovely stay.

It was also conveniently situated near the beach at Condado and within walking distance of cool and unique restaurants in Santurce. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, making for a hassle-free start to each day.
